New Building Update - Jan 2016
Dear Valley church Family, We want you all to know about the progress of your new building. We told you a few weeks ago that two major inspections were successfully completed. Our borough fire inspector and our construction codes inspector both gave us the go-ahead for dry wall installation. They praised the building construction quality and only required a tiny correction to be made.
Barry and Dave continue to finish the framing details in the auditorium, foyer and numerous other places. The auditorium is still not yet ready for dry wall.
The Acoustic Panels, soffits, and irregular wall surfaces make for some complicated carpentry.
Our drywall contractor started in the offices and worked down the classroom hallway:

They have started on the Fellowship Room ceiling. All the walls of the classes have been installed and mudded.
Today the painters are starting the texture and paint process.
In the Mechanical Room 2 very large air handling units are being installed.
We all would love the progress to move along more quickly. The workers and contractors are doing what they can. Many thanks to you for your generous gifts of time and work volunteering to help the project along. With Christ’s Love, your elders
