Mark Batteiger Brings Some Dynamic Lessons
From September 24th through the 30th, 2017 the Valley church was blessed with a series of Bible lessons from Mark Batteiger. Mark and his sweet wife Candy were visiting us from Minot, North Dakota. Mark is the current preacher at the Minot church of Christ. He has been a preacher and school educator for over 26 years. We got to know the Batteigers through Rick Collins and had heard many good things about his passionate and careful way he taught the Bible.

April Ladies Encouragement Group
It's almost the beginning of April and time to think about who in our church family needs some special encouragement in the next month. It's been wonderful having more participation in this ministry, now that the ladies' ministry has been re-organized. There are some great things happening, all over the place! A few of you have asked me if we are still planning to meet at our regularly-scheduled times (the first Thursday of the month and the following Sunday). The answer is "Yes." 2014 VBS

We're less than a week away from our Vacation Bible School. As a reminder, we have classes for children up through 5th grade. There are also plenty of service opportunities for our middle & high school age students.

Men's Group Bible Study.
Every Tuesday night a group of men gather together at Mark Keller's house to share their lives, laughter, and love of God's word. Over the years these simple gatherings have been times of great growth, friendship, help, strength and unity. God has given men great callings in life and we need good, practice, and encouraging ways to grow strong, moral, and confident men ready for His work.
Ladies Retreat 2010
